For physical products such as printed photographs, you have the right to return items within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with UK consumer protection regulations.

The return period begins from the day you receive the goods. If you wish to return an item, you must notify us of your decision to cancel within this 14-day period.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging where applicable. Items must not have been damaged, altered, or used in any way that affects their value.

For digital products and services, including digital photographs and photography services, different terms may apply as these are considered services rather than physical goods under UK law.

Cost of Return Shipping

If you are returning items due to our error or if the items are faulty, we will cover the cost of return shipping. In all other cases, you will be responsible for the cost of returning items to us.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method when returning items to ensure safe delivery. We are not responsible for items lost in transit during return shipping.
